Wrap yourself in regal warmth with the “Garnet Royal”—a masterpiece of deep crimson velvet and starlight silver.
Exclusively crafted by Hammad Bespoke Official, this ensemble defines winter luxury. Designed for the bride who wants to blend tradition with bold opulence, this piece creates a striking silhouette perfect for a Barat or a grand Reception. It is a favorite among our clients in the UK and Canada for its rich, heavy fabrics suitable for cooler climates, while offering the grandeur sought by our USA and Saudi Arabian clientele.
The Design Philosophy: This outfit is a celebration of texture and light. The deep, oxblood maroon velvet provides a plush, dark canvas that allows the heavy silver embellishments to shine with diamond-like intensity. The design strikes a balance between a modern long-shirt silhouette and the traditional volume of a lehenga.
The Finer Details:
The Shirt (Kameez): The upper garment is a long, straight-cut shirt that is completely encrusted with silver crystals, pearls, and beadwork, leaving no space untouched for maximum impact. The neckline is round and modest, framed by heavy work that mimics heritage jewelry.
The Lehenga: The bottom is crafted from premium velvet, featuring a unique tiered construction with a horizontal velvet band that adds structure. The hemline is the showstopper—featuring dramatic, flame-like silver motifs that rise upwards from the floor, creating a stunning visual of “silver fire” against the dark velvet.
The Dupatta: To balance the heavy velvet, the dupatta is crafted from sheer net/tulle. It features a heavily embellished scalloped border on the head-side, with delicate borders on the remaining sides and a generous spray of sequins (chan) throughout.
Fabric & Craftsmanship:
Fabric: Premium Micro-Velvet (Lehenga) and Embellished Net/Tulle (Shirt & Dupatta).
Work: Intricate Silver Zardozi, Kora, Dabka, Cut-dana, and Swarovski-style crystals.
Customization:
Sleeves: While shown sleeveless, we highly recommend adding full embellished sheer sleeves or velvet sleeves for a cohesive, modest look suitable for winter weddings or Hijabi brides.
Neckline: Can be adjusted for modesty preferences.
Occasion: Perfect for a Barat (Wedding Day), Winter Walima, or a Red Carpet event.
Style Tip:
Complement the silver work with a heavy diamond or white gold bridal set. Go for a bold red lip to match the velvet and a sleek, pulled-back bun to let the heavy neckline and earrings take center stage.
