Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By placing a commission, making a payment, or engaging with Hammad Bespoke Official ("HBO," "we," "our," or "us") through any channel — including our website, WhatsApp, or email — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a commission.

The Commission Process
All HBO garments are produced as bespoke commissions — made entirely to your individual specifications. Our standard commission process is as follows:
- Initial consultation via WhatsApp or email to confirm the garment, occasion, and timeline
- Advance payment is required before production begins (see Section 04)
- Measurement consultation is conducted by our atelier team via WhatsApp
- Production begins only after advance payment is confirmed and measurements are verified
- Progress updates are shared with the client during production at key milestones
- Balance payment is required before dispatch
- The finished garment is dispatched via insured international courier
HBO reserves the right to decline any commission at its sole discretion, including prior to payment, without obligation to provide a reason.

Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Nature of Orders
Every garment produced by HBO is bespoke — conceived, patterned, and constructed individually for each client. Because each commission is created exclusively to your specifications and measurements, it cannot be resold, restocked, or repurposed.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure your satisfaction before production begins — including detailed measurement consultation, design confirmation, and timeline agreement. It is your responsibility to confirm all details accurately before authorising production.

Payment Terms
All payments are made via direct bank transfer or as communicated by our atelier team via WhatsApp. We do not process card payments on our website.
Standard payment structure:
- 75% advance payment is required before production commences. This is our standard requirement for all commissions.
- 50% advance payment may be agreed at HBO's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, when a commission is of significant value and the full advance would represent an exceptional financial burden to the client. This arrangement must be confirmed in writing by our atelier team before production begins.
- Remaining balance is due and must be paid in full before the finished garment is dispatched.
Production will not begin under any circumstances until the agreed advance payment has been received and confirmed by HBO. No exceptions will be made.
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is the client's responsibility. Bank transfer fees and international transaction charges are borne by the client.

Refund Policy
Because every HBO garment is constructed exclusively to your measurements and specifications, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold. The bespoke nature of our work means that once production begins, all materials, artisan time, and atelier resources are committed solely to your commission.
Exchanges are not available. We do not accept returns of completed garments for credit, store credit, or any other form of compensation.
We strongly encourage all clients to confirm every detail of their commission — including garment type, fabric, embellishment, measurements, and delivery timeline — before authorising payment and production.

Order Cancellation
HBO's atelier team conducts a thorough pre-production consultation to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their commission details before production begins. Cancellations are therefore rare and strongly discouraged.
In the event that a client initiates a cancellation after production has commenced:
- No refund of any advance payment will be issued
- The client will receive whatever portion of the garment has been completed at the point of cancellation, in its current state
- HBO will not be liable for any incomplete or unusable state of the garment resulting from mid-production cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal cancellations are not binding on HBO.

Measurements and Fit Responsibility
HBO constructs every garment from measurements provided by the client. Our atelier team guides clients through the measurement process and cross-checks all figures before cutting begins.
However, the accuracy of submitted measurements remains the client's responsibility. HBO cannot be held liable for fit issues arising from:
- Inaccurate or incorrectly taken measurements provided by the client
- Changes in the client's measurements between submission and delivery
- Failure to inform HBO of measurement changes during the production period

Delivery and Dispatch
HBO dispatches all international orders via insured courier. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the consultation stage and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, courier handling, or circumstances beyond HBO's control do not entitle the client to a refund or cancellation.
- The client is responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate and complete
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the client
- Risk of loss passes to the client upon handover to the courier
- In the event of loss or damage during transit, HBO will assist in filing a claim with the insuring courier, but cannot guarantee recovery of the full value

Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, photography, written content, and creative assets on the HBO website and across our communication channels are the exclusive intellectual property of Hammad Bespoke Official. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any HBO creative content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
By submitting photographs or references as part of your commission brief, you confirm that you have the right to share such materials and that their use does not infringe any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability
HBO's total liability to any client, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific commission in question. HBO shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including but not limited to emotional distress, lost occasions, or third-party costs — arising from any issue relating to a commission.

Disputes
In the event of any dispute arising from a commission or these Terms of Service, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the HBO atelier team via WhatsApp or email.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms
HBO reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued engagement with HBO following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
