What's your return or exchange policy?
Because every piece is made to measure for your own body and event, we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If a piece arrives with a genuine fault or doesn't match the measurements you confirmed, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it — repair, remake, or refund, case by case.
