Alteration Services

We understand that the perfect fit is paramount. Should you require any adjustments upon receiving your order, we offer professional alteration services under the following conditions:

• The garment must be returned to us at your expense via a reliable courier service.
• Upon receipt, our atelier will assess and complete the necessary alterations.
• Once alterations are finalized, the garment will be shipped back to you. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
• Alteration timelines depend on the complexity of the adjustments required.

• Custom orders and items purchased during sale events are non-exchangeable and non-alterable under standard terms.
• Please ensure accurate measurements are provided during the ordering process to minimize the need for alterations.
